Structural Concerns

This owner noticed paint peeling away from their porch trim and decking around the porch columns. Removal of the trim and decking revealed rotted framing in need of replacement. If you've noticed something of concern in your house, such as settlement, cracking, sticking doors, screw pops, etc; Contact Us to discuss your structural concern!

Damage From Water or Fire

At first glance the image of this roof corner flashing looks okay aside from a bit of rotted away siding. Closer inspection revealed the roofing, flashing, stone, trim and paint were all new and masking years of water damage that had worked its way down to the foundation and rotted the foundation sill plate. A costly repair and a lesson in how water damage, especially over time, can cause significant structural issues. If you suspect water has been leaking into your home, Book Online today!
